Climbing Back Up. Making A Push

Since writing my last blog a couple weeks ago, the dawgs have dramatically made an effort to turn their season around. After a 1-6 start in Pac-10 play, the huskies made a sweep through Oregon defeating Oregon state in reasonable fashion and demolishing the heavily favored and #7 team in the nation at the time. To add onto the positives, the dawgs also won there first road game of the season by defeating the last place ASU sun devils. To add things up, that makes the huskies 4-6 in conference play and 14-7 overall. Though UW is playing great ball right now, their going to have to step it up more in the weeks to come if they want to gain a birth in the big dance. With 9 games left to play, the dawgs face 6 current ranked teams including Arizona, Stanford, WSU, Pittsburgh, Oregon, and last but not least UCLA. If they could at least win maybe half of those games, in which I am a firm believer that they can, maybe even more, they will get a seed in the tourny for sure.
